Melissa Latimore is a devoted dental hygienist whose passion for oral health extends beyond the dental chair. A graduate of Newcastle University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Oral health, Melissa has a focus on linking oral health with systemic health and loves demonstrating how the two are intricately connected. Her enthusiasm for motivating patients to achieve optimum oral health is evident. Melissa believes in creating a comfortable enjoyable experience for her patients and is always ready to share a laugh and make the dental visit pleasant.
After spending 15years practicing in Newcastle, Melissa recently returned to her roots on the mid north coast. She wants to inspire the people of her home town with her comprehensive understanding of oral health.
Melissa is a mother to three beautiful children. Her weekends are often filled with family adventures, exploring hidden coastal spots and bushwalks. The beach is their favourite destination in summer watching and teaching the kids to surf.
Melissa also has a green thumb and is passionate about growing her vegetable garden and loves exchanging useful tips with her patients.
